CARONNO PERTUSELLA (VARESE, ITALY) – NOVEMBER 16, 2015. Sapici and Wanhua sign an agreement on distribution and tolling cooperation for aliphatic poly-isocyanates for the European, Middle East and African markets.
Under the agreement Sapici will warehouse and distribute Wanhua’s poly-isocyanates (HDI-trimer and HDI-biuret) portfolio throughout EMEA region.
Also Wanhua will have access to Sapici’s manufacturing capacities and technical resources.
